i honestly could go on forever about how much i love these two??? After not meeting for 10 years, they jump into their dance of deduction like no time has passed. Deducing together, showing that they truly are partners instead of one assisting the other. I wish i could see what their relationship was when they met in those 6 years.
Even if it isn’t necessarily romantic I like the idea that Sol and Axl’s relationship is just so completely genuine. Like they rib each other and get into scuffles but they really just get each other in the sense of constantly feeling out of place and getting into crazy future shit when it’s bad enough everything is already different and weird and hard to deal with. It’s such a bizarre situation and being able to have someone to commiserate with it over feels like a sort of intimacy in its own way.
Kind of set in around the older games, kept thinking about how they could probably bond over music and Axl doing tiny stuff like giving Sol albums and other merch since he’s hopping on and off of timelines randomly
